Only applicants with an Auctioneer's license may conduct an auction in the City of Cambridge without a special one-day license.

Step 2: The applicant will then submit the Licensed Premises Approval form to the
Inspectional Services Department for zoning approval.
Step 3: The applicant will then submit all completed forms and requirements,
along with the $175 hearing & advertising fee, to the License Commission. The applicant must attend the hearing and agree to keep accurate records of transactions.
Step 4: The Fire Department will automatically inspect the site based
