Recycling Ordinance |

| In
March 1991, the City Council passed the Mandatory
Recycling Ordinance, which requires each owner
or occupant of all residential and commercial
buildings to implement recycling programs.
The Ordinance set a goal of recycling 15%
of our refuse within two years after the start
of the curbside program and 25% after five
