are encouraged to call the DPW pothole information
line at (617) 349-4854 to report potholes. It is
the responsibility of the Street Maintenance Division
to repair the pothole as soon as possible after
the pothole report is received.
When leaving a pothole repair message please
describe the location as detailed as possible
and include the date and time of call.
The Street Maintenance Division will review and
inspect the pothole, usually within 24 hours;
in most cases the pothole will be repaired in
within 48 hours, weather permitting. |
