The first in a series of community conversations, "Placemaking in Central Square" will reintroduce and revisit the City's approaches to public spaces on various topic areas and create a set of values for public spaces in Central Square that can help inform the reimagining and redesign of Carl Barron Plaza as part of the FY19 River Street Reconstruction Project.
