Just a reminder to all user groups that the 30th Annual Marathon Sports Cambridge CityRun 5 Miler/Henrietta's 3-Mile CityWalk will be passing through Fresh Pond Reservation - so you are not taken by surprise by runners on this day.
Please note: Reservation parking lots will be closed from 8am to 1pm this Sunday.
State police will gate-off and guard all entrances and exits to the lots at the Water Department for CityRun. NO vehicles will be allowed out of, or into, these parking lots during the race. The Maher parking lot will be open. If you park at either Water Department lot before 8am, you will not be able to move your vehicle until the afternoon.
From the website: "This scenic, flat, tree-lined course starts and finishes at the Russell Youth Center located at 680 Huron Ave in Cambridge. Two miles into the race the course runs along the perimeter of the Fresh Pond Reservoir - away from cars and distractions."
