Please be advised that the City's work order system is currently experiencing technical issues. Because of this, some online scheduling/payment of Traffic Moving Van Permits, Public Works functions-- including online permitting, online payment, large appliance pick up scheduling and iReport-- are currently out of service.
We apologize for this inconvenience. For the time being, please call 617-349-4833 for assistance with DPW permits, and 617-349-4800 to schedule appliance pick-ups or to request services. You can also visit our offices at 147 Hampshire Street for assistance during normal business hours.
