Oktoberfest and HONK Parade Road Closures & Traffic Impacts Oct. 11

Oktoberfest 2015 Detour Map

Traffic and parking will be impacted in and around Harvard Square on Sunday, Oct. 11, from 7 a.m.-7p.m., due to Oktoberfest and the Honk Parade. The HONK! Parade starts in Davis Square at 12 p.m. and is estimated to arrive in Harvard Square at approximately 1:30 p.m. The route begins on Day St, to Elm St to Beach St, then onto Mass Ave toward Harvard Square. 

Road Closures from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. 

  • JFK between Mt. Auburn St. and Mass. Ave.
  • Mass Ave S/B between Garden St. and Brattle St.,
  • Brattle St. from Mass Ave. to Story St.,
  • Mount Auburn @University Road, Palmer St, Church St  
  • Winthrop St. between JFK and Eliot St.
