Gallery Talk: Painted Textiles from the Temple of Shrinathji at Nathadwara

Stephanie Rozman, the Calderwood Curatorial Fellow in the Division of Asian and Mediterranean Art, will explore the relationship of painted textiles, including a large wall hanging (picchavai), to other paintings and to changing modes of worship at the temple to Shrinathji in Rajasthan, India.

Please meet in the Calderwood Courtyard, in front of the digital screens between the shop and the admissions desk. Museums staff will be on hand to collect tickets.

Free with museums admission. This talk is limited to 15 people and tickets are required. Ten minutes before the talk, tickets will become available at the admissions desk.
