An Evening of Performance and Politics: Sliver of a Full Moon

6:30 PM - 9:00 PM Thursday, November 19, 2015

Location:
Knafel Center, 10 Garden Street, Cambridge, MA 02138

"Sliver of a Full Moon" is a powerful reenactment of the historical congressional reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act in 2013: a movement that restored the authority of tribal governments to prosecute non-Native abusers who assault and abuse Native women on tribal lands. A panel discussion will follow the performance.

The event is free and open to the public. Please register online.
