Description: BMOP pays tribute to the noteworthy American composer, conductor, and educator Irving Fine (1914-1962) as part of his centennial year celebrations. Along with his “Boston School” colleagues Harold Shapero and Arthur Berger, Fine helped shape the musical landscape of the 20th century and an enduring legacy of uniquely American orchestral music.
