Sacred music and songs from England, c. 1490-1540, including works from the two most important collections of sacred music copied in the half-century before the Reformation, the Eton Choirbook (c. 1500, for Eton College) and the Peterhouse Partbooks (c. 1540, for Canterbury Cathedral). We also feature secular songs from the courts of Henry VII and Henry VIII.
