Article 11.205 of the Zoning Ordinance; Chapter 482 of the Acts of 1991

Purpose: 
To create and preserve affordable housing opportunities in the City. The Affordable Housing Trust provides funding to assist in creating new housing, preserving the affordability of existing housing, and rehabilitating the City’s supply of affordable multi-family housing.

Membership: 
9 members (representatives with expertise in housing policy, including non-profit housing organizations, City boards and agencies, and the City Manager, ex officio)
