Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 121B
Purpose:
Engage in urban redevelopment projects and other activities provided for in the enabling legislation.
Membership:
5 members (4 appointed by the City Manager, subject to confirmation by City Council, and 1 member appointed by the State). Only Cambridge residents may serve on the Cambridge Redevelopment Authority.

Varies by member
Meetings:
Meetings are generally held on the third Wednesday of the month, subject to the call of the Chair, and at various times depending upon member availability. Meeting notices are delivered to and posted by the Cambridge City Clerk 7 days in advance of such meeting, but no less than 48 hours in advance.
