Pole, Conduit Commission

Authority: Chapter 213 of the Special Acts of 1922 

Regulate the installation and maintenance of electrical poles and underground conduits for City property.

Fee: Utility companies are required to pay a fee for each petition that they submit to the Pole and Conduit Meeting. The fee is charged per street. The Residential fee is $110.00 and the Commercial fee is $180.00.

Membership: 3 members (Superintendent of Streets, City Electrician, and License Commission Chair)
