Disciplinary        Continued from September 22, 2009. P & E Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a Desfina, Paraskevas Mallakis, Manager, holder of an all alcoholic beverages as a restaurant license at 202 Third Street due to a police report that alleges a fight started in Desfina Restaurant which led to the arrest of Paraskevas Mallakis.

 

Application        Coleman Murray, Inc. d/b/a The Field, Jerry Coleman, Manager, holder of an all Alcoholic Beverages as a Restaurant license, 2:00am closing, at 20-24 Prospect Street has applied for a change of premises description to include seasonal outdoor seating on a public patio with service of food and alcohol for six tables and 24 seats. 

 

Application        Unusual Suspects, LLC d/b/a Barfly, Vincent Conte, manager, has applied for a new All  Alcoholic Beverages as a Restaurant license at One Kendall Square, building 300 with                                   proposed hours of operation from 11:00a.m. to 2:00a.m. seven days per week and an                                        occupancy of 226 ( 143 seats inside, 24 seasonal seats outside on a private patio, and 59                        standing). Applicant is also applying for an Entertainment license to include: audio tape                                    machines/CD playing music below, at, or above ordinary conversation level, dancing by                                  patrons, comedy shows, darts, live musical instruments and/or vocalists with                                                       amplification, karaoke, juke box, pool or billiard table, 5 video games or other automatic                                 amusement devices, 8 TV’s, and a photo booth.

 

Application        Niloufar, Inc., d/b/a Pizza Pie-er, Bahman Jalili, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer license at 8 Museum Way, CU#7. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises, and to have a total capacity of 10 seats. The hours of operation will be 10:00a.m. to 1:00a.m. Sunday to Thursday and 10:00a.m. to 3:00a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Applicant is also seeking an entertainment license at said location to include an audio tape machine/CD playing music below ordinary conversation level and one TV.

 

Application        Alpha Delta Phi, Inc., Jonathan Rogg, Resident Manager, holder of a lodging house license at 351 Massachusetts Avenue has applied for a change of resident manager from Jonathan Rogg to Jose Luis Medrano at said address.

 

Application        99 Restaurants of Boston, LLC d/b/a 99 Restaurant & Pub, holder of an All Alcoholic  Beverages as a Restaurant license, 2 am closing, at 220 Alewife Brook Parkway has applied to further extend the inactive status of the alcohol license.
