Board of Zoning Appeal Agenda

The Board of Zoning Appeal will hold a Public Meeting, THURSDAY – FEBRUARY 25, 2010, at the Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave., First Floor, Cambridge, Massachusetts.  The following cases will be heard.

220-226 HURLEY STREET

Residence C-1 Zone

RE-HEARING:    Pursuant to Order of the Land Court re: 220-226 Hurley Street, to reconsider the appeal of the determination that the structures violate the Ordinance and request that certificates of occupancy be issued, pursuant to Sections 10.20, 1.30 and 9.20 of the Ordinance.
