Mid-Cambridge Neighborhood Study and Update

This neighborhood study was conducted from 1993 to 1994 and issued in 1998. These files are in PDF format and require use of the free Adobe Acrobat viewer.

The Community Development Department held a series of three meetings with neighborhood residents between May 2002 and February 2003. At these forums Department staff reviewed changes that have occurred in the neighborhood since 1998, and residents offered recommendations to improve the way that the City addresses a variety of issues. In addition, the neighborhood planning staff has reviewed the status of recommendations from the original study.

In 2005 the Department published the Mid-Cambridge Neighborhood Study Update: Summary, Recommendations, and Action Plan, which reviews the discussions at the neighborhood meetings, describe recommendations proposed there, and updates the status of recommendations from the 1998 study. This file is in PDF format and requires use of the free Adobe Acrobat viewer.
