7:30 p.m. Update by Beth Rubenstein, Assistant City Manager for Community Development.

Public Hearing

7:40 p.m. City Council Zoning Petition, Strawberry Hill Neighborhood, deletes the existing Residence C-1 and rezones to Residence B. The three areas are in the vicinity of Cushing Street between St. Sauveur Court and Thingvalla Avenue, Oxford and Fairview Avenue, and the corner of Huron Avenue and Cushing Street.
8:30 p.m. City Council Petition to create a new Section 11.20 – Green Building Requirements in the Zoning Ordinance. It would require certification under the LEED United States Green Building Council rating system for new or substantially rehabilitated buildings over 25,000 square feet.

General Business

City Council Petition to create fence height regulations, Section 5.60. Discussion and possible recommendation.
Board of Zoning Appeal Cases.
Other.
