- 8:30 p.m. PB#231 – 159 First Street, 65 Bent Street, and 29 Charles Street, Special Permit for a residential and office/R&D development over these three blocks. This application is a Project Review Special Permit (Section 19.20) and Planned Unit Development (Section 13.50), there will be a second public hearing for the PUD, Bent Street Land Company, LLC, is the applicant.
