- 7:40 p.m. PB#220 and #221. Relocation of two wood frame buildings to 637-1653 Massachusetts Avenue. Special Permit waiver of various North Massachusetts Avenue Overlay District design standards, Section 20.100. Construction at 1587, 1581-1583, and 1595 Massachusetts Avenue of a 234,000 square foot student services and classroom building with a 700 car below grade garage. Special Permits under Sections 19.20 - Project Review Special Permit and Sections 6.43.5 and 10.45 for a 40-foot wide curt cut in the Residence C-3 district.
