Public Hearings
- 7:40 p.m. City Council Petition to amend Section 19.23 – Special Permit Threshold for Project Review in the Business A, A-1 and A-2 districts, by lowering from the existing 50,000 to 20,000 square feet; and requiring a greater setback of 20 feet from residential districts, as well as limiting the height of those portions of buildings within 50 feet of a residential district 35 feet.
General Business
- Prospect Street Study review.
- PB#199: Grant and Cowperthwaite Streets. Request to relocate the bicycle parking to the outdoors and reduce the number of bicycle parking to 12. Determination as a Minor Amendment.
- PB#200: 880 Memorial Drive. Request to increase the gross floor area (approximately 4,000 square feet) internal to the buildings and on the exterior for accessibility. Determination as a Minor Amendment.
