Cambridge Health Careers Advancement Program
The Economic Development Division supports the Cambridge Health Alliance’s Health Careers Advancement Program. This program addresses critical workforce shortages and is offered to current Cambridge Alliance employees and residents of Cambridge Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy (NRS) area.

This program provides tuition assistance for pre-college and college-level credit-bearing courses, tutoring and career coaching. Program partner Bunker Hill Community College offers onsite courses in Mathematics, English, Biology, Anatomy and Physiology and other college pre-requisite courses. Upon completion of the program, participants have the necessary courses required to apply to college level degree programs in healthcare career areas, such as nursing and radiology.
