Lead-Safe Cambridge Income and Rent Guidelines
Annual Income Guidelines
The figures presented here indicate the maximum allowable household income for tenants in units deleaded by Lead-Safe Cambridge. Note that the household size includes all children and other dependants.
These figures are based on federal and state income limits for affordable housing programs. Household size includes children. All program guidelines subject to periodic change. Please check back from time to time for current figures.

Monthly Rental Guidelines (Post-Abatement)
The figures presented here indicate the maximum rents, including utilities, that can be charged to tenants following lead paint abatement funded by Lead-Safe Cambridge.
These figures are based on federal and state income limits for affordable housing programs (Section 8 FMR). All program guidelines subject to periodic change. Please check back from time to time for current figures.
