Application Bertucci’s Restaurant Corp. d/b/a Bertucci’s Brick Oven Ristorante, Diane LaMonica, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant license at 21 Brattle Street has applied to hold said license as inactive.

Application Café Artscience, Inc. d/b/a Café ArtScience, Todd Maul, Manager, has applied for a new all alcoholic beverages as a restaurant license at 650 East Kendall Street. The proposed hours of operation are 6:00am to 1:00am Monday through Friday, and 8:00am to 1:00am Saturday, and 9:00am to 5:00pm Sunday. The proposed seating capacity is 171 inside and 24 seasonal patio seats on private property.

Application Massachusetts Institute of Technology d/b/a MIT Transfooder, Michael Myers, Manager, has applied for a Vendor/Peddler license to operate a mobile food truck/car on all MIT property.

Application The Noodle Project, LLC, Jeremiah Tracy, Manager, has applied for a common victualer license to be exercised at 35 JFK Street. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 30. The proposed hours of operation are 11:00am to 11:00pm seven days per week.

Application Silver Cinemas Acquisition, Co. d/b/a Kendall Square Cinemas, holder of an entertainment license at 1 Kendall Square Complex has applied to amend their hours from 11:00am to 1:00am seven days per week to 10:00am to 1:00am Monday through Thursday, and 10:00am to 2:30am Friday through Sunday.

Application Clover Fast Food, Inc. d/b/a Clover Food Lab, Ayr Muir, Manager, has applied for a Vendor/Peddler license to operate a mobile food truck at 32-34-36 Cambridgepark Drive. Applicant would be permitted to operate Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 2:00pm.
