Join us for a wonderful, multicultural evening featuring music by Brazilian artist Fernando Holz and stories about the Cambridge Portuguese community by local historian Sarah Boyer.
The Valente Branch of the Cambridge Public Library houses the Manuel Rogers, Sr. Center for Portuguese and Cultural Studies, founded in 1983 to serve the Portuguese-speaking community and dedicated to the memory of Manuel Rogers, Sr. in honor of his lifelong commitment to the community.

A Biblioteca Valente Library da Biblioteca Pública de Cambridge contém o Manuel Rogers, Sr. Center for Portuguese Culture and Studies, que foi criado em 1983 para servir a comunidade de língua Portuguesa e é dedicado á memória de Manuel Rogers, Sr., uma vida dedicada à comunidade.
