Application Continued from October 22, 2013. Bourbon Lesley, LLC d/b/a Bourbon Coffee, Stacey Manley, Manager, holder of a common victualer license and entertainment license at 1815 Massachusetts Avenue has applied to amend the entertainment license to include: Reading of poetry and other works; Live musical instruments and/or vocalists with or without amplification; and an audio machine which may play music below, at, or above conversation level.

Application Nookie, LLC d/b/a Nookie, Steven Postal, Manager, holder of an all alcoholic beverages as a restaurant license at 250 Kendall Street has applied for a change of d/b/a to Commonwealth.

Application TON Venture Group, LLC d/b/a Hit Wicket, Stacy Blount, Manager, holder of an all alcoholic beverages as a restaurant license at 1172-1178 Cambridge Street has applied for a change of manager to Paul Heredia.

Application Nicole Blum d/b/a Carr’s Ciderhouse, holder of a state-approved farmer-winery license has applied to operate at the Cambridge Winter Farmers’ Market at 5 Callendar Street from January 4 to April 26, 2014.

The hours of operation will be 7:00am to 7:00pm seven days per week.

Application Crystal George d/b/a Porter Square Psychic Studio has applied for a fortune teller’s license at 1925 Massachusetts Avenue.

Application Madura, LLC d/b/a Curry & Wok, Falgun Pathak, Manager, has applied for a common victualer license to be exercised at 2378 Massachusetts Avenue. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 32. The hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 4:00pm to 10:30pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00am to 10:30pm. Applicant is also applying for an entertainment license to include background music below conversation level and a TV.

Appeal Romuald Chery, previous holder of a Cambridge Hackney License, due to the decision of the Executive Director, Elizabeth Lint, upholding the decision of the Cambridge Police Hackney Officer Benny Szeto to not renew this license based on his background check.
