Special City Council Meeting to vote on extending an offer to a finalist for the position of City Manager and to designate an Acting City Manager to serve in that capacity until a new City Manager is appointed. Additionally, the City Council may meet in Executive Session to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with the prospective City Manager or to conduct negotiations with the prospective City Manager. The City Council may vote to request that the City enter into a contract with outside counsel to advise the City Council in its contract negotiations with the prospective City Manager.
