Meeting Notice -- Postponed to February 2
Avon Hill Neighborhood Conservation District Commission

The Commission hearing originally scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2015 has been POSTPONED due to severe weather and related parking bans.

The Commission has rescheduled its meeting to Monday, February 2, 2015 at 5:30 PM in the basement conference room of the Lombardi Building, 831 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, at which time it will consider the following application under Ch. 2.78, Article III of the Cambridge City Code and the order establishing the district:

AH-507: 13 Lancaster St., by 14 Eric Blumenson. Replace select windows.

AH-508: 49 Washington Ave., by Derek & Ellen Reisinger. Exterior repairs and renovations as per plans, including: replace deck, restore porch, replace missing railing, remove shed, change select windows and doors, alter side entry porch, remove parking pad, construct new driveway and garage.
