The following is a proposed agenda containing the items that the Chairperson of the License Commission reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the hearing:


Application Sidney Grove, LLC has applied for a Garage License at 240 Sidney Street for 106 vehicles and 1,060 gallons of gasoline in the tanks of autos only.

Application Khush Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Desi Dhaba, Anil Kumar, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 401 Massachusetts Avenue has applied for a Change of Manager to Ranjit Badwal.

Application Cambridge Cuisine, LLC d/b/a Puritan and Co., William Gilson, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 1166 Cambridge Street has applied for an Alteration of Premise to include 665 sqft of additional space. Applicant is also applying to amend their Saturday and Sunday opening hour from 5:00pm to 10:00am for brunch.

Application Ramen Restaurant Group, LLC d/b/a Suvaai, Falgun Pathak, Manager, has applied for a new Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License at 2378 Massachusetts Avenue with proposed hours of 11:30am to 12:00am Tuesday through Sunday and a seating capacity of 22 inside and 8 seasonal patio seats on the public sidewalk.

Application Nasim Hao d/b/a Gyro King, has applied for a Common Victualer License at 645 Cambridge Street. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a proposed seating capacity of 19 inside and 4 outside. The proposed hours are Sunday through Wednesday from 11:00am to 12:00am and Thursday through Saturday from 11:00am to 2:00am.

Application Yan 2000, LLC d/b/a Flame Hot Pot and Szechuan Restaurant, Eddy Hisa, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer License at 1001 Massachusetts Avenue. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a proposed seating capacity of 85. The proposed hours are 11:30am to 11:30pm seven days per week.

Application ZRC Operations Company d/b/a Qdoba Mexican Grill, Jaime Zuluaga, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer License at 1290 Massachusetts Avenue. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a proposed seating capacity of 58. The proposed hours are 7:00am to 2:00am seven days per week.

Disciplinary Shalimar, Inc. d/b/a Dosa Factory, Amrik Pabla, Manager, holder of a Common Victualer License at 571 Massachusetts Avenue due to a report received by the License Commission from Inspectional Services Division.

Application Continued from May 28, 2015. Abbey Cambridge, LLC d/b/a The Abbey, Jean-Claude Barrault, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 1755 Massachusetts Avenue has applied for an Alteration of Premise to include an outdoor seasonal patio on the public sidewalk for 6 seats.
