Description

Tonight’s Planning Board meeting will go forward with the Lutz zoning petition concerning the Richdale Avenue area at 8 p.m. as scheduled. However, the 7:20 p.m. hearing on the 75 New Street housing proposal will be postponed, probably until January 21. The 8:15 p.m. hearing on the project proposed for 1868 Mass  Ave will not take place because it has been determined that a special permit is not needed for that project.
