The following is a proposed agenda containing the items that the Chairperson of the License Commission reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the hearing:


Application Continued from November 10, 2015. Ethos Business Partners, Inc., d/b/a Le’s Sushi Bar and Restaurant, Huong Le, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer License to be exercised at 425 Cambridge Street. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 24. The hours of operation will be 9:00am to 9:00pm seven days per week.

Application Church Street Market, LLC, Daniel Lauture, Manager, at 60 Church Street is applying to transfer the 7-Day Wine & Malt Beverages Package Store License held by Venus International, Inc. d/b/a 7-Eleven, Habte Ayalew, Manager, at 36-40 JFK Street. Applicant is also applying for a Change of Location, Pledge of License and a Common Victualer License at 60 Church Street for 20 inside seats and operating hours of 24 hours per day.

Application Lin Empire, Inc. d/b/a House of Chang, Jason Lin, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer license at 282 Concord Avenue. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 50 and proposed operating hours from 11:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. seven days per week.

Disciplinary Clover Fast Food, Inc., Ayr Muir, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License at 302 Elm Street due to a report from Cambridge Public Works alleging discharge of wash waters on to the street and sidewalk.
