Basement Conference Room

New Petition:  Comcast 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA for the following:  158 Cushing Street From existing pole 189/28, trench 5’ in public way installing 2-2” conduits ending at private property line of 158 Cushing St. This will include the removal and replacement of 1 sidewalk panel.

Continued from February 20th P&C meeting:  Forest City Network Solutions for the following:  Construct and install 6-4” PVC for 705 feet breaking out of University Park MH 13A on Sidney St. continuing on Green St for 220 feet to a new University Park manhole on Green St at the intersection of Blanche St.  Conduit will continue on Green St for 100 feet to a new University Park manhole on Green St in front of 300 Mass Ave.  Conduit will continue from the new manhole on Green St 300 feet to University Park Manhole 10C on Lansdowne St.  Construct and Install 6-4 PVC for 55 feet from the New University Park manhole to at the intersection of Green St and Blanche St, North on Blanche St to a new University Park Manhole on Blanche St.  Conduits will continue from the manhole connecting to 300 Mass Ave.  Forest City Networks will install 1100 feet of FOC in the newly constructed manhole and conduit.

Continued from February 20th P&C meeting.  Need abutters list, original petition and payment Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  Concord Ave – Southwest side @ the intersection of Appleton St – installing steel stub guy pole.  This work is necessary for the system improvement.  W/O # 01988687. 

New Petition:  Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  Brookline Street – Northeasterly from pole #102/68 approximately 145 feet northeast from Putnam Ave – installing (41) forty-one feet – conduit.  This work is necessary to provide electrical service to 280 Brookline St.  W/O #01977182.

New Petition:  Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  Chauncy Street  Westerly from MHC2748 approximately 63’ west of Mass Ave. – installing (145) one hundred and forty-five feet-conduit.  This work is necessary to provide electrical service to 1-3 Chauncy St.  W/O#01957137

New Petition:  Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following: Columbia St Northeasterly from MHC111 @ the intersection of Cambridge Street—installing (35) thirty-five feet-conduit-also installing one(1) Manhole (MH29804).  This work is necessary for system improvement WO#01971284. 

New Petition:  Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following: Cambridge Park PI – Westerly from MHC3110 @ the intersection of Alewife Road – installing (155) one hundred and fifty-five feet – conduit.  Alewife Road – Northerly from the intersection of Cambridge Park Drive installing approximately (530) five hundred-thirty feet – conduit.  Also installing (1) one New Manhole (MHC28824).  This work is necessary for the installation of flood control pumps.  W/O #01969876.

New Petition:  Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  Green Street  Northeasterly from MHC18 approximately 275 feet northwest of Landsdown St – installing approximately (16) sixteen feet – conduit.  This work is necessary to provide service to 300 Mass Ave.  W/O #01966794.
