The following are petitions and matters the Chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed or voted upon on the above-date and time without public testimony.

MALT & WINE LICENSES WITH OR WITHOUT ENTERTAINMENT:

 

  1. John Schall, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages License, has applied for a malt and wine license to be exercised at 4th floor Atrium, 50 Church Street, Cambridge, on 5/22/16 from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. for a mayor’s recognition event. Expected attendance - 70 people.

Edward O’Connor, has applied for a malt and wine with entertainment (Patrons dancing, Recorded/live music and Amplification system) license to be exercised at Lechmere Canal Park, 32 First Street, Cambridge, on 6/5/16 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. for a road race.  Expected attendance – 2500 people.

  1. Jillian Davis, has applied for a malt license to be exercised at Technology Square Courtyard, 300-500 Technology Square, Cambridge, on 5/15/16 from 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. for a 5K Run and Walk with lunch fundraiser. Expected attendance – 450 people.

  1. Shannon Reilly, has applied for a wine license to be exercised at Joint Venture Physical Therapy, 356 Third Street, Cambridge, on 5/11/16 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. for an Open House. Expected attendance – 20 people.

  1. Arlyn dePagter, has applied for an all alcohol license to be exercised at MIT, 142 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, on 5/28/16 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. for a wedding luncheon. Expected attendance – 80 people.

  1. Nancy Gaulin, has applied for an entertainment license to provide (Recorded/live music and Amplification system) for a 5K Walk fundraiser at Google, 355 Main Street, Cambridge, on 5/14/16 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Expected attendance – 100 people.

  1. Courtney Klemens, has applied for an entertainment license to provide (Recorded/live music, Amplification system and Light show) for a concert at MIT Bldg. E15, 20 Ames Street, Cambridge, on 5/12/16 from 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Expected attendance – 75 people.

  1. Lily Zhou, has applied for an entertainment license to provide (Patrons dancing and Amplification system) for a party at MIT, 3 Ames Street, Cambridge, on 5/12/16 from 10:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. Expected attendance – 200 people.

      4.  The Studio at 550, Inc., has applied for a temporary entertainment license at 550    Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd floor, to prove live music with amplification, dancing    exhibitions, music to be played at or above conversation level and 1 TV/Video screen, to            be exercised from 2 pm -12 am.  Application for annual license is scheduled for next   hearing agenda.

ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS:

 

     1.    Temporary Common Victualler license to Sun N Sun, Inc. d/b/a Surya Indian Kitchen.      Hearing scheduled for next agenda.  Has all sign offs from all other departments.
