The Ladies Breakfast is a great way to check in with friends or meet new ones, while enjoying a delicious breakfast.

This month we have a special guess and the topic is Women’s Health.
Presented by Dr. Susan Jacobson, RPh, Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice.

Come and learn more about diet tips, exercises, ways of keeping blood pressure down, adhering to medications, and most of all knowing the signs of a heart attack as they differ from women and men.

Space is Limited to 40 participants only. 

Program is free to seniors 60+ and advanced registration is required.
