Review Cantabridgean Hospitality, Inc. d/b/a Prospect, Marc Shulman, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License and Entertainment License at 675 Massachusetts Avenue.

Application Petsi Pies, Inc. d/b/a Petsi Pies, Renee McLeod, Manager, has applied for a common victualer license to be exercised at 594 Cambridge Street. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 15 and total occupancy of 20. The hours of operation will be 7:00am to 7:00pm seven days per week.

Application Basha, Inc., d/b/a Basha Ethiopian Restaurant and Bar, Tesfaye Andrage, Manager, has applied for a new All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 26 New Street. The proposed hours of operation are 11:00am to 2:00am seven days per week. The proposed seating capacity is 90 inside and 50 on a private patio. Applicant is also applying for an Entertainment License to include Live music with amplification and music that can be played below, at, or above conversation level.

Appeal Parveen Kapoor, Holder of Cambridge Hackney License #29505, due to a fine for refusing a fare issued by Office Szeto.

Ratification Lulu Cuisine, LLC d/b/a Foret, Rene Becker, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 1 Shepard Street has applied to change the d/b/a to Shepard.

Revocation Continued from March 27, 2014, June 11, 2014, and August 19, 2014. F&D Restaurant Corp. d/b/a Campus/Manray, Donald Holland, Manager, holder of an all alcoholic beverages restaurant license at 21 Brookline Street and pending a change of location address, 541-565 Massachusetts Avenue, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 138 §77- The licensing authorities may, after hearing or reasonable opportunity therefore, cancel any license issued under this chapter if the licensee ceases to conduct the licensed business.

Review Winding Road, LLC d/b/a Abigail’s, James Ludwig, Manager, holder of an all alcoholic beverages restaurant license and entertainment license at 291 Third Street due to the License Commission’s April 8, 2014 vote on your application to amend the Entertainment License.

Ratification Uno Restaurants, LLC d/b/a Uno Chicago Grill, Fred Pahl, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 22 JFK Street has applied for a change of d/b/a to Uno Pizzeria & Grill.

Application Package Stores that have submitted applications in accordance with the new state policy that allows for alcohol sales to begin at 10:00am on Sundays.
