                The following are matters which the Chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed, and for which public testimony will be taken, as of 4:00 p.m.

 

 

1. Application      Thai Sensation, Inc. d/b/a Pepper Sky’s a Thai Sensation, holder of a Common Victualler License as 20 Pearl Street has applied for a new Common Victualler Wine & Malt License to be exercised at 20 Pearl Street with the hours of 11:30a.m. to 10:00p.m. seven days per week and seating for 29 inside, Parkpoom Aree, as proposed Manager of record a premise described as: Approximately 1,100 SF first floor containing dining room, kitchen, one bathroom, with basement for storage. Entrance on Pearl Street with egress in the rear off the kitchen.

Application      Porter Square Hotel, LLC, d/b/a Porter Square Hotel, 1924 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, has filed an application for an Inn holder’s license at said address.  Premise is described as six floors including basement: meeting space, housekeeping storage room, IT closet, mechanical rooms, office, staff locker room, restrooms, parking structure containing approximately 9666 sq. ft.; Level 1- Hotel lobby, foyer, bar, restaurant, kitchen, housekeeping closet, garden approximately 5066 sq. ft.; Level 2 -19 guest rooms, IT closet, housekeeping closet, approximately 4940 sq. ft.; Level 3- 19 guest rooms, IT closet, housekeeping closet, approximately 4940 sq. ft.; Level 4- 19 guest rooms, IT closet, housekeeping closet, approximately 4915 sq. ft.; Level 5- 8 guest rooms, IT closet, housekeeping closet, approximately 3783 sq. ft.  Applicant is also applying for an exemption from the requirement for a resident manager.

Premise description: first floor retail space with approx. 1812 SF.

Application      President and Fellows of Harvard College d/b/a The Pub at Harvard Law School, holder of a Wine & Malt Educational License at 1585 Massachusetts Avenue has applied for a Change of Hours from Monday through Friday, 4:00p.m. to 12:00a.m. to seven days per week, 11:00a.m. to 1:00a.m. Applicant is also applying to amend their Entertainment License to include Live Music with and without amplification.

Premise description: first floor retail space with approx. 2377 SF including kitchen, dining area, and storage.

FLA10030- 295 Concord Ave.- gas station is out of business- a home is now there.

 

OAP10048- 455 Massachusetts Avenue- garage is not being utilized and the adjacent buildings will be razed due to the Mass& Main project.
