Throughout 2013 the Cambridge Redevelopment Authority embarked upon a strategic planning process that would focus on the future of the Authority and the City of Cambridge. To develop this process was to define the CRA’s mission, structure and future work programs.

The Board of Directors and the Executive Redevelopment Officer of the Cambridge Redevelopment created a vision, a draft mission, a set of operating principles, and a preliminary set of potential projects and programs for future implementation.
