The following is a proposed agenda containing the items that the Chairperson of the License Commission reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the hearing:
Application Bloomfield Hospitality 2, Inc. d/b/a DK & Co., Kalyan Gullapalli, Manager, has applied for a new All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 1128 Cambridge Street with proposed hours of 11:00am to 1:00am seven days per week and a seating capacity of 25.
Application Classic Restaurant Concepts, LLC, William Goodwin, Manager has applied to transfer the All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License currently held by Sandrine’s, LLC, Gywenth Trost, Manager, at 8 Holyoke Street. The proposed hours of operation are 10:00am to 1:00am on Sunday, 8:00am to 1:00am Monday through Wednesday and 8:00am to 2:00am Thursday through Saturday with a proposed seating capacity of 162. Applicant is also applying for an Entertainment license to include: Live Music with Amplification; Audio Tape Machine/CD playing music below conversation level; 3 TV’s.
Application Boston Tea Stop, LLC, Douglas Cho, Manager, holder of a Common Victualer License at 54 JFK Street has applied for an Entertainment License to include: Radio; Music playing at or below conversation level; TV; and Video game, pinball machine or other.
Application Orhan Tas d/b/a Café Anthony 983, Orhan Tas, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer License to be exercised at 983 Massachusetts Avenue. Said license, if granted, would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 26. The hours of operation will be 7:00am to 12:00am seven days per week. Applicant is also applying for an Entertainment License to include background music at conversation level.
Application Saigon Alley, LLC d/b/a Saigon Alley, Evan Englehart, Manager, has applied for a Peddler/Vendor License to operate a mobile food truck every Tuesday from 11:00am to 2:00pm at 32-34-36 Cambridgepark Drive on private property.
Application Restaurant Associates, Inc. d/b/a Restaurant Associates, Inc. @ Novartis, William Unterstein, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer license for 225 seats at 250 Massachusetts Avenue. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises and will have operating hours from 7:00a.m. until 4:00p.m. Monday through Friday.
Application Now Venture Scoop Shops, LLC d/b/a Ben & Jerry’s Harvard Square, Stephen Marcus, Manager, has applied for a Vendor/Peddler License to operate a mobile food truck at 1 Oxford Street (Harvard University Science Center Plaza) from 11:30am to 9:00pm seven days per week.
Application Brattle Transportation Service d/b/a Cambridge Radio Dispatch, George Fiorenza, Manager, has applied for a Dispatch Association Permit at 180 Fawcett Street.
Application Bon Me Foods, LLC d/b/a Bon Me, Patrick Lynch, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer License to be exercised at 201 Alewife Brook Parkway. Said license, if granted, would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 22. The hours of operation will be 7:00am to 12:00am seven days per week.
Ratification 1071 Cambridge Street, LLC d/b/a Angel’s Share, Keith Pooler, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Restaurant License (not yet issued) has filed to change their d/b/a to “Bisq”.
