Description

Presented by Retail Visioning, Free to eligible Cambridge business owners, $20.00 for others.

As retailers and service businesses, you are already working long hours taking care of customers.   How can you stay on top of everything else you have to do?  This workshop will help you plan how to use your time efficiently, handle decision making and grow your business intentionally.  In this workshop about the “business of the retail business” we will discuss new ways to approach hiring and training, marketing & Selling, vendors & buying, finances and more.  Change not only the way you use your hours to do your work but the way you frame the work you have to do.
