           PLANNING BOARD

 

The Board of Zoning Appeal will hold their continued cases meeting Thursday, OCTOBER 24, 2013, at the Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave., First Floor, Cambridge, MA.  The following cases will be heard:

  

7:00 P.M.  CASE NO. 10438:

 

 

822 SOMERVILLE AVENUE

KS PARTNERS, LLC – C/O THOMAS CLARK

Variance:  To install a wall mounted sign above the second floor sill height.

  

7:00 P.M.  CASE NO.  10502:

 

 

 

286 CONCORD AVENUE   
AT&T - C/O DAVID FORD, CENTERLINE COMM.

Special Permit: To add twelve (12) antennas on the building rooftop.  All antennas will be enclosed within a faux penthouse that will be painted to match the color and characteristic of the building.  All equipment will be housed either within the faux penthouse or within the equipment area in basement.

Variance:  To install an internally illuminated wall sign, to be mounted on the mechanical penthouse facing the Charles River.
