Continued from November 21st P&C meeting to evaluate if the project can be moved to pole 5.    Nstar Electric and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  Washburn Ave.,  Southwesterly from new Verizon installed pole #707/3-1/2 approximately 165 feet northeast of Mass Ave., installing approximately 168 feet – conduit continuing on Mass Ave., connecting to MHC547.  This work is necessary for system improvement and reliability.  W/O #01922827.

Continued from November 21st P&C meeting for clarification from the salesperson.  Will also have to apply to DCR as it is their property.    Nstar Electric and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  Hawthorne Park – Northerly side approximately 170 feet west of Lexington Ave – Install one pole #783/5.  Remove one pole #783/5.  Larsh Road – Easterly side at the intersection of Fresh Pond Pkwy – Install one pole #426/15.  Remove one pole #426/15.  This work is necessary for City of Cambridge Project.  W/O #01900618. 

New Petition:  Nstar Electric and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following: Albany Street – Southwesterly from MHC1143 – about 270 feet southwest of Mass Ave – installing approximately 157 feet – conduit into HMC 2077.  This work is necessary to provide electric service to Novartis Biomedical.  W.O. #1858440. 

Continued from November 21st P&C meeting in order to review the route and see if they can use the 2 manholes on the sidewalk on Prospect Street.  If not, an arborist will be needed as there are 2 trees there.  Nstar Electric and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  Hampshire Street - Northwesterly from MHC1286@ the intersection of Murdock St – installing (85) eighty-five feet – conduit.  This work is necessary to provide electric service to 168 Hampshire Street W/O #01949299. 

Continued from November 21st P&C meeting in order to clarify the project and coordinate with Verizon and Comcast.  Nstar Electric and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  Vineyard Street – Southeasterly from pole #695/5 approximately 90 feet East of May St – installing (54) Fifty-four feet – conduit.  This work is necessary to provide electric service to 26-28 Vineyard Street.  W/O#01955535. 

This petition was approved on October’s P&C meeting in error. Placed on November 21st P&C meeting as an addendum and on December 12th P&C meeting for posting.  Nstar Electric and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  159 First St – Southwesterly from MHC730 @ the intersection of Bent St – installing approximately (25) twenty-five feet – conduit.  Bent Street – Westerly from the intersection of First St – installing approximately (190) one hundred-ninety ft – conduit & installing (1) new manhole (MHC 29648).  This work is to provide service to large residential building.  W/O #01907938.

New Petition:  Forest City Network Solutions, LLC, 38 Sidney Street, Cambridge, MA for the following:  Lead company status to install four (4) inch conduits, and associated manhole structures, on Green Street approximately 700’ between Sidney Street and Landsdowne Street.
