It's cold outside, so let's get our quick exercise inside! Instant recess is a twenty minute workout that is meant to get your energy flowing again, after sitting at your desk for hours. Want to see your productivity increase? Join us and see how it feels!  We do very basic exercises that almost anybody can join into.  We meet in the fourth floor conference room at 344 Broadway. See you soon!
