Application O2 Yoga Studios Cambridge, LLC, Mimi Loureiro, holder of a common victualer license at 1001 Massachusetts Avenue has applied to amend their hours of operation from 7:00am to 2:00pm seven days per week to 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Wednesday, 8:00am to 9:00pm Thursday and Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday.

Revocation Bertucci’s Restaurant Corp. d/b/a Bertucci’s Brick Oven Ristorante, Diane LaMonica, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant license at 21 Brattle Street due to M.G.L. c.138 §77- The licensing authorities may, after hearing or reasonable opportunity therefore, cancel any license issued under this chapter if the licensee ceases to conduct the licensed business.

Application Cantabridgean Hospitality, Inc. d/b/a Prospect, Marc Shulman, Manager holder of an all alcoholic beverages restaurant license and entertainment license at 675 Massachusetts Avenue has applied to amend the existing entertainment license to include: Dancing by patrons; reading of poetry or other works; dancing exhibition; audio machine playing music below, at, or above conversation level, and 6 TV’s.

Application Wasabi at Porter, LLC, Xi Li, Manager, has applied for a new wine & malt beverages as a restaurant license at 2088 Massachusetts Avenue. Applicant is seeking operating hours of 8:00am to 1:00am Monday through Saturday and 12:00pm to 1:00am on Sunday. The proposed seating capacity of 38 inside and 11 non-alcohol outdoor seasonal patio seats.

Application The Noodle Project, LLC, Jeremiah Tracy, Manager, has applied for a common victualer license to be exercised at 35 JFK Street. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 30. The proposed hours of operation are 11:00am to 11:00pm seven days per week.

Application EFEKTA Schools, Inc. has applied for a garage license at 1 Education Street for 132 vehicles and 1320 gallons of gasoline in the tanks of autos only. Applicant is also applying for additional flammables storage for 3 gallons of Class 1 and 1675 gallons of Class 2.

Application Paris Restaurant Group, Inc., d/b/a Paris Creperie, Jennifer Ruenes, Manager, has applied for a Vendor/Peddler license to operate a mobile food truck on private property at 32-34-36 Cambridgepark Drive. Applicant would be permitted to operate Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Application Vivace Vino, Inc. d/b/a Central Bottle, Maureen Rubino, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Package Store license at 196 Massachusetts Avenue has applied for a change of manager to Elizabeth Vilardi, a change of corporate officers/directors, and a transfer of stock.
