Application O2 Yoga Studios Cambridge, LLC, Mimi Loureiro, holder of a common victualer license at 1001 Massachusetts Avenue has applied to amend their hours of operation from 7:00am to 2:00pm seven days per week to 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Wednesday, 8:00am to 9:00pm Thursday and Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday.

Revocation Bertucci’s Restaurant Corp. d/b/a Bertucci’s Brick Oven Ristorante, Diane LaMonica, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant license at 21 Brattle Street due to M.G.L. c.138 §77- The licensing authorities may, after hearing or reasonable opportunity therefore, cancel any license issued under this chapter if the licensee ceases to conduct the licensed business.

Application Vivace Vino, Inc. d/b/a Central Bottle, Maureen Rubino, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Package Store license at 196 Massachusetts Avenue has applied for a change of manager to Elizabeth Vilardi, a change of corporate officers/directors, and a transfer of stock.
