Did you know that practicing YOGA can actually improve core strength, flexibility, focus and balance, as well as reduce stress?

Join other teens from across Cambridge to find out why so many professional athletes, celebrities and many others are practicing yoga.

These classes are FREE and open to all Cambridge residents ages 14-19.

Classes meet every 1st, 2nd and 3rd Thursday of the month!
