Disability Reframed: A Community Film Series presents a FREE Screening of Silver Linings Playbook

This 2012 romantic comedy follows a man labeled with bipolar disorder, Pat Solitano (Bradley Cooper), who, after a stint in a mental institution, moves back in with his parents. Pat tries to reconcile with his ex-wife, but things get more challenging when he meets Tiffany (Jennifer Lawrence), a mysterious woman with problems of her own. This screening will be followed by a lively moderated audience discussion. Free light refreshments!

This is a scent-free event. Out of consideration for people with environmental illness and/or multiple chemical sensitivity, please refrain from using perfume or other scented products. For sign language interpreters or other accommodations, please contact the Cambridge Commission for Persons with Disabilities by October 21 at
