Presented by Clemencia Herrera of Moira Studio. Free and available to Cambridge business owners and entrepreneurs only.  Pre-registration is required.

In this webinar, we will discuss best practices around how to develop an integrated shopping experience from your current and potential customers.  Topics will include: what channels are best for different types of businesses (e.g. website vs. mobile app), what types of content could help your business (e.g. in-store events, online videos), and tips to track the success of your channels.
