Construct and Install 6-4 PVC for 55 feet from the New University Park manhole to at the intersection of Green St and Blanche St, North on Blanche St to a new University Park Manhole on Blanche St. Conduits will continue from the manhole connecting to 300 Mass Ave. Forest City Networks will install 1100 feet of FOC in the newly constructed manhole and conduit.
