Variance: To rebuild rear egress and attached deck that was damaged while Petitioner was installing new siding to the exterior of the home.

7:00 P.M. CASE: BZA-015567-2018 379 HARVARD STREET

Variance: To add two (2) dwelling units to a preexisting non-conforming five (5) unit multifamily dwelling.

Variance: To construct dormers as part of conversion of former church to a four unit multi-family building and to add dormers to former rectory building being converted into an attached single family dwelling.

Petitioner also seeks relief from the Parking Design and Layout Requirements.

Comprehensive Permit:  To request a determination that the following changes are insubstantial to the original Comprehensive Permit. To grant relief for building height to accommodate insulation and other energy conservation design measures that extend the building plane to 58 feet beyond 55 ft. limit established by parkway overlay district and to get relief from Section 20.69.1 sets the height limit of 50 ft. in the Concord Avenue Parkway Overlay District.
