Application Tasty Burger 2, LLC d/b/a Tasty Burger, Elizabeth Miller, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License and Entertainment License at 40 JFK Street has applied to amend their Common Victualer license to include 40 outside seasonal patio seats on public property for service of food and nonalcoholic beverages only.

Applicant would be permitted to operate Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Disciplinary All Antique Dealer, Second Hand Goods Dealer, Lodging House, Livery, and Open Air Parking Lot licensees that have failed to complete the process to renew their license.
