Description
The Ordinance Committee will conduct an additional public hearing to continue discussion on the zoning petition filed by Mark Lechmere, LLC, Owner and Amadan Management, LLC, Manager of the property at 207 and 227 Cambridge Street to amend the existing zoning at said location to authorize the construction of a 45 unit residential building with small scale retail on the ground floor and parking below grade.
